Verse of the Day
“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:18-20)

From the foundations of the earth, even before God created the heavens and the earth, God had a purpose. Do you know what that purpose is and how that purpose affects your life?

If your life is in line with this purpose, you will be successful. And what it is that all important purpose? God's purpose is to bring a many-membered bride for His Son, Jesus Christ, and to train her to rule the universe with Him.

There is a dual porpose here. First, to bring a many-membered bride for His Son, Jesus. This speaks of telling others about the love that God has for them.  Witnessing and evangelism are scary words for many believers. I would like to challenge you to examine your life in light of the divine purpose of God.

The second part of God's divine purpose is the training of this soon to be bride of Jesus Christ. God is so very interested in conforming us to the character of Christ. We learn so much more through the trials that we endure. It is designed to train us. So often when we get into problems, we cry out to God for relief. God get me out of this trial. Wrong request! We should instead be asking God to teach us what it is He wants us to learn so that then He can remove us from the fire.

Father, I pray that every person who reads this will have their eyes opened to see what You want to show them. Amen!
